Q : What is the procedure to purchase a brand new vehicle from Auto Alea Global ?

A: 1.Submit your request online or contact us direct with you request and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be able to provide you with detailed information.
2. Within minutes we will have your price quote ready.
3. If you would like to purchase the quoted vehicle, you have 3 payment options :
(a) 15% deposit and balance due on delivery to an approved shipping company in Miami.
(b) Prepayment in full by money wire (discounts apply).
(c) Irrevocable Letter of Credit drawn on a US bank and payable on the Bill of Lading. (10 units or more).


Q : What shipping options does Auto Alea Global offer?
	A : All our price quotes include delivery to a local port or our South Florida facilities. We can arrange shipping to your country with one of our preffered shippers. They offer Ro/Ro service to most ports and containerized shipments to all ports worldwide.


Q: What are AAG payment methods?
	A: For all our transactions we only accept money wires. We accept Pay Pal ,Google Checkout, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for deposits only on the bottom of our homepage, wwww.autoaleaglobal.com


Q : Is my vehicle insured during shipment and transportation ?
	A : Yes, all our Preferred shippers and transport companies are fully insured.


Q : How do I purchase a vehicle that is already in Europe ?
	A : We do carry a large selection of vehicles with European Specifications in Germany. Simply schedule an appointement with one of our Customer Service Representatives to inspect vehicle. Payment options are as follows: Cash at inspection point with immediate delivery pending AAG approval. Money wire to our US account and after funds are confirmed received , the vehicle will be released to you or a designated transport company.


Q : What documentation will I receive with my vehicle ?
	A : For all vehicles shipped from the USA you will receive “Manufacturers Certificate of Origin” , or Title. For all European units you will receive a “C.O.C” Certificate of Conformance or equivalent.


Q : Can Auto Alea Global supply fleets ?
	A : Yes, We routinely supply rental, leasing, conversion, and armoring companies internationally. For more information please contact us Fleetsales@autoaleaglobal.com


Q : Is the website current with Auto Alea Global complete inventory ?
	A : No, we have a large number of inventory units that we can not display on our website due to Manufacture Agreements. Please contact a representative for more details.


Q : I am not sure I can import a specific vehicle to my Country ?
	A : Our customer service representatives are from Europe and are knowledgeable on Homologation and EU requirements and procedure, please call and we will be glad to help and answer your questions.


Q : Does Auto Alea Global sell Right Hand Drive vehicles ?
	A : Yes, we do. Please call for current RHD inventory in Europe.


Q: Are all the cars displayed in our inventory built for the US?
	A: No we sell international specification vehicles from many different countries. Some units can be registered in the US and some can only be registered in Europe. Others cannot be registered in either country due to non compliant emmission standards.


Q: What is Global Offers?
	A: Basically this is for our International Fleet customers, we specialize in purchasing direct from the manufacter overstock, deadstock, and canceled orders. We can supply a large quantity of vehicles to our Rental Companies, and Leasing Companies partners.


Q: What is Global Parts?
	A: It is our full service wholesale automotive parts department. We can supply parts for all late model vehicles sold from the US. Whatever your needs may be, our prices are generally 20% less than dealer list prices. We handle many rental car accounts and supply parts to International automotive repair facilities. Our minimum order is $500 USD, all our prices are quotes in USD. Please contact our parts department for a quotation today.


Q: What is USA Auctions?
	A: : USA Auctions are vehicle auctions located all over the United States. It is our wholesale auction services we offer to International customers only. For full details please see our explanation in our USA Auction FAQ page.


Q: Are the shipping quotes on your website offered by AAG?
	A: No, the shipping quotes posted on our site are provided by our preffered shippers. The prices are subject to change and can not be relied on for accuracy. Please contact the shipper direct for the most up to date pricing. Their phone number is located at the bottom of the shipping page.


Q: Is AAG just a vehicle broker service with a website?
	A: NO, we are a fully operarational wholesale dealer in the US. We currently have 3 locations in South Florida. We have recently opened showrooms in the Dominican Republic, and Nassau Bahamas. We stock about 100 to 200 vehicles in inventory for wholesale distribution. Our sister company in Europe (Alea Group)currently stocks about 250 vehicles for retail sales per month. Our North American Corporate offices are located in South Florida.
