Q : How Can I search for the car(s) of my choice within the site?

  In our auctions you will find hundreds of cars to choose from, you can click on USA Auctions on the top right corner of the our homepage, inside click on any of the auction links (Salvaged, Used and Buy It Now), once inside you can search for the cars of your preference manually or used the search by lot #. The lot number is located in the vehicles decriptions underneath its images. Having vehicles lot # is for easier access to the vehicle for future reference.

Q : What makes me eligible to view the auctioned vehicles listed on your website?

  Only registered members can view the cars listed on our website in addition to participating in the live auctioning of their vehicle(s). To become member and begin using this FREE-Service, please fill-in our registration form. Approval of the applications is subjected to the legitimacy of the information submitted. The administrator has the right to reject an application.

Q: If another customer submits an offer on the same vehicle, who will be approved?

  We take all of our customers' offers. If another buyer is interested in the same vehicle as you, we will contact the buyer with the highest offer and take the offer to the LIVE auction which is the following day from the sale date stated on your vehicles description.

Q : How do I proceed with my offer?

  If your offer is approved, you will be notified via email or be contacted by one of our Customer Service Representatives. If you still have not received confirmation after 24 hours, please contact Auto Alea Global and one of our representatives will help you (please see our guidelines under our additional FAQ page for payment details.)

Q : What is considered to be and appropriate or resonable offer?

  To increase your chances of winning we always recommend that you submit an offer of a reasonable amount for the unit. This can be based on the characteristic of the unit and what you believe the vehicle may be worth. If you are successful in the purchasing the car you will be invoiced for the cost of the car and other fees that may apply.

Q : How many days would be required to ship the vehicle?

  We are able to coordinate transportation of your vehicle(s) to our facility along with shipment into your country. AAg will find the company that is available to you at the time of purchase and will immediately forward you the shippers contact information. Once you get in contact with the shipper he will let you know about the shiping terms, costs, etc.

AAG normally chooses a central port which is Bremerhaven, Germany. Shipment from the east coast of the U.S. to Germany is 14 days. (Please see our shipping page for our EU Custom Broker Information).

Q : Who grades the quality of the cars?

 

The cars are selling as is, with not warranty. These auctioned units go through inspection on site at the auction. Once the vehicles arrives at our facility we can have one of our ASE-Certified Automotive Mechanics inspect the vehicle for you. (Please see level of services we provide which is located ).

Q : What other costs are charged in addition to my vehicle?

 

Auto Alea Global fees are standard transaction charges (per vehicle). AAG provides several services which are available to our customers. In addtion to AAG service charges, others fees to be aware of: transportation, shipping, bank wire fees, and any additional services provided by AAG as per customers' request.

Q : If I do not win the auction, what happends to my deposit?

 

If we are unsuccessful at your vehicles auction, your deposit may be fully refunded back to you in the same manner it was received or can be applied towards another vehicle of interest.
